We Congratulate Our Teams Who Competed in the 2017 Lear Innovation Olympics

We congratulate our teams who competed in the 2017 Lear Innovation Olympics, November 17, at Lear PETC, MEPZ 2, Lapulapu City. We are proud to bring home the 1st Runner-Up award won by Team Marukami with their entry, Intelligent Headlight Control System with the use of Vehicle-to-Vehicle Communications. The students who form part of the team are Ralph Joshua E. Sedillo, Mitch L. Roldan, and Ralph Jason B. Morre.

We also applaud Team Tres Marios for being one of the Top Five finalists out of twenty-one teams and entries. Tres Marios is composed of Gino Gary S. Villame, Hussein I. Uckung III, and Arvin John S. Tomarong. The entry that qualified them to the Top Five and bested other teams is their Automotive Multi-Safety System or AMS.

We extend our congratulations to their adviser, Dr. Rachel M. Chong, ECE Department Chair, Engr. Susana A. Tan, and the entire College of Engineering and Architecture.
